Forfeited deposits always go to you, the event creator. Feevent never keeps a no-show's deposit — on any plan. On Free you pay no fixed monthly fee; Feevent charges a service fee equal to the deposits forfeited by your no-shows, so you never pay out of pocket.

Prices in USD or EUR — same number. The plan price is identical in both currencies ($19 = €19). The currency a deposit is charged in is separate — it is set by the event creator, per event.

Plan prices exclude VAT. What VAT applies depends on how you're registered — a VAT-registered business, a business that isn't registered, or a private individual. You tell us which at checkout, and the amount is shown before you pay.

Capacity is measured in people per month. Each plan covers a number of attendee reservations across all your events in a billing month — not a per-event cap.

You set each deposit — up to your plan's cap. On Free a deposit runs from $5 to $20 per guest; on paid plans it's optional — any amount up to $200, or none at all. During the free Basic month the paid cap applies, so you can test real deposit amounts before you subscribe.

Try Basic free for one month. A card is required to start; after the first month the subscription bills automatically — we send a notice 3 days before the charge, and you can cancel any time until then.

The AI assistant is in preparation. Calls will run on WhatsApp; phone calls (Business) will draw from a $10 monthly credit, with a prepaid card-funded budget and itemised usage beyond it.
